Are your wigs made from 100% human hair?

Yes, all of our wigs are made from 100% premium human hair, ensuring they look natural, feel soft, and can be styled just like your own hair.

Is the hair Kosher?

Yes, the hair we use in our wigs is Kosher, ensuring it meets the highest standards.

Where is the hair originally from?

All our hair is ethically sourced Remy, European Hair, known for its quality, durability, and natural appearance.

Are the wigs ready to wear?

Our lacetop wigs are not ready to wear straight out of the box. The lace on the wig must be carefully cut before use. Additionally, our wigs do not come styled (ie: curled, crimped, etc); they may require some customization and styling to suit your desired look.

What if the color is not as expected?

Sometimes, the color of the wig may look slightly different in person than it does on display. If this happens, please reach out to our customer support team at info@primewigdeals.com, and we’ll assist you in finding a solution.

How do I choose the right wig for me?

We recommend considering factors such as hair length, color, texture, and style. If you’re unsure, our customer support team can help you make the right choice based on your preferences and needs.

How do I know what size wig I need?

Our wigs come in adjustable sizes to fit most head shapes. You can measure your head circumference and refer to our sizing guide to find the best fit.

Can I color or bleach my human hair wig?

Yes, you can color or bleach your human hair wig. However, we recommend consulting with a professional stylist to avoid damage and achieve the desired results

How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our collection of human hair wigs, select the style, color, and size you desire, and click 'Add to Cart.' When you're ready, go to your cart, review your items, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping information and payment details. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping is free within the USA. For international orders, there is a flat shipping fee of $40.00. You can select your shipping destination at checkout, and delivery times will vary based on your location. Please note that customs fees may apply depending on your country.

Will I need to sign for my package?

Yes, all orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure the safety of your package. Please make sure someone over the age of 18 is available to sign for your package when it arrives.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number provided to follow your order’s journey.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders within the USA typically arrive in 2-3 business days from one of our USA warehouses. For international orders, shipping times may vary based on your location.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you notice that you've entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately. We can update the shipping address as long as the order has not yet been processed. Once your order is processed, we won’t be able to change the address.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we offer payment plans through ShopPay. ShopPay allows you to split your payment into four interest-free installments, making it easier to manage your purchase. Simply select ShopPay at checkout and follow the prompts to choose your payment plan.

Can I change my billing information after placing an order?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the payment method once an order has been placed. Please double-check your payment details before finalizing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 10-business-day return policy on all unused, unworn, and unaltered wigs. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team for assistance with your return or exchange.

How do I return a wig?

To return a wig, please email our customer support team with your order number and return request. We’ll provide you with return instructions on how to send the wig back. Please ensure the wig is in its original condition with all tags attached. Please Note: You will need to cover the cost of sending them back to us.

What if my wig is damaged upon arrival?

If your wig arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will assist you with a return or exchange.

Wig Maintenance & Care

How do I wash my wig?

Use your felxable bristle brush to lightly detangle the hair before washing. Gently wash your wig with lukewarm water and a sulfate-free shampoo. After washing, apply a conditioner, rinse thoroughly, and let the wig air dry on a wig stand.

How often should I wash my wig?

We recommend washing your wig every 8-10 wears, or when it starts to look or feel dirty. Over-washing can cause the hair to lose its natural shine and texture.

How can I prevent my wig from tangling?

To prevent tangling, gently comb your wig with a flexable bristle brush, starting at the ends and working your way up. We also recommend storing your wig properly, either on a wig stand or in a box, when not in use.

Can I style my wig with heat tools?

Yes, you can style your human hair wig with heat tools such as flat irons, curling irons, and blow dryers. Be sure to use a heat protectant spray to prevent damage and always style on a low heat setting.
